Southbound on I-5
After you pass through downtown Seattle, take EXIT #163 B - 6th Ave. South / Forest St. The first light you come to will be 6TH AVE SOUTH. Turn Left on 6th and proceed through the big intersection under the viaduct (Spokane St). Continue on 6TH AVE SOUTH until you come to a multi-way stop at SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY. (Moeller Design is the building directly on your left). Turn left on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, and left again at the first opportunity to cross the median. (You are now heading the opposite direction on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY). Enter the Moeller Parking lot on your right.

Northbound on I-5
As you approach Seattle (about 10 miles north of SeaTac Airport) EXIT #163 - WEST SEATTLE BRIDGE, COLUMBIAN WAY. The left two lanes of the EXIT cross over the freeway - West Seattle, SPOKANE STREET Use the right lane of the two that cross over the freeway - Spokane St / Safeco Field This lane immediately drops you down under the viaduct onto SPOKANE STREET. Once under the viaduct - you will cross 6TH AVE SOUTH (no left turn) At the next light - 5TH AVE SOUTH, make a U-turn Move into right lane and turn right on 6TH AVE SOUTH Continue south on 6th until you come to a multi-way stop at SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY. (Moeller Design is the building directly on your left) Turn left on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, and left again at the first opportunity to cross the median. The Moeller Parking lot is straight ahead, slightly off to the left.

I-90 Heading West
Drive west across the I-90 floating bridge, through the tunnel, and stay in the left lanes. At the junction of I-90 and I-5, EXIT Left onto I-5 Southbound. EXIT right at the first EXIT after you enter I-5 (EXIT 163 B).The first light you come to will be 6TH AVE SOUTH. Turn Left on 6th and proceed through the big intersection under the viaduct (Spokane St). Continue south on 6TH AVE SOUTH until you come to a multi-way stop at SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY. (Moeller Design is the building directly on your left). Turn left on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, and left again at the first opportunity to cross the median. (You are now heading in the opposite direction on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY). Enter the Moeller Parking lot on your right.

Northbound from Sea Tac Airport
Take WA-518 West/Burian(WA-509) EXIT towards Seattle, continue on WA-509 NORTH as it becomes WA/99 N, take the MICHIGAN STREET/(I-5) EXIT, turn Left on 4th Ave S, turn Right on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, travel through the intersection at 6TH AVE SOUTH, turn Left on an unmarked street to make a U-turn, arrive at 620 SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY.

Soundbound on 99/Aurora
Take the SEATTLE FERRIES/ 1ST AVE S EXIT on the left, merge RIGHT onto 1ST AVE S, turn LEFT on S ROYAL BROUGHAM WAY, turn RIGHT on 4TH AVE S, turn RIGHT on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, travel through the intersection at 6TH AVE S, turn LEFT on an unmarked street to make a U-turn, arrive at 620 SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY.

Northbound on 99/Aurora
Take the MICHIGAN STREET/(I-5) EXIT, turn LEFT on 4TH AVE S, turn RIGHT on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, travel through the intersection at 6TH AVE S, turn LEFT on an unmarked street to make a U-turn around the grassy median, arrive at 620 SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY.

From King Street Station
Go West on S JACKSON ST toward 1ST AVE EXT S, turn LEFT on 1ST AVE, turn LEFT on ROYAL BROUGHHAM WAY, turn RIGHT on 4TH AVE S, turn RIGHT on SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY, travel through the intersection at 6TH AVE S, turn LEFT on an unmarked street to make a U-turn around the grassy median, arrive at 620 SOUTH INDUSTRIAL WAY.
