Cast Urethane, by means of Silicone RTV molds and SL patterns has become the industry standard for multiple quantity prototypes that have the look and feel of the intended production part. In the right hands and guided by the right process, production of low/volume high value products are also well suited to Cast Urethane.

Moeller Design has been using SL patterns for urethane casting since 1989. We specialize in Cast Urethane. It's the fastest most reliable shape transfer process available. We don't cast "copies", we don't cast "replicas". We cast PROTOTYPES. When the product requirements dictate, we provide low pressure RIM PRODUCTION parts in the most advanced resin systems available today.
